At FROGSLAYER DIGITAL VENTURES, LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional digital services and solutions. Due to the nature of our digital products and services, we have established the following return and refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all our clients.

Digital Services

Our digital services, including but not limited to AI integration, blockchain development, cloud infrastructure, custom software development, digital marketing, and cybersecurity services, are provided on a project basis. Once work has commenced on a project, the following terms apply:

• Services are non-refundable once the project has been initiated and work has begun
• Initial consultation fees are non-refundable
• Deposits paid to secure project timelines are non-refundable
• Custom development work completed cannot be returned or refunded

Project Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project, the following terms apply:

• Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any work has started, you may receive a refund minus a 15% administrative fee
• After Work Begins: If you cancel after work has commenced, you will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any non-recoverable costs incurred
• Milestone-Based Projects: For projects with defined milestones, cancellation will result in charges for all completed milestones plus any work in progress

Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the delivered services:

• We offer a revision period as specified in your service agreement
• We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments
• If the delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will make corrections at no additional cost
• In cases where we fail to deliver services as specified in the contract, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Subscription Services

For ongoing subscription-based services:

• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice
• No refunds will be provided for partial months of service
• Annual subscriptions can be cancelled with 60 days notice, with a prorated refund for unused months minus a 20% administrative fee
• Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to RossMorelhasa@frogslayerdigitalventures.com

Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy:

1. Contact us at RossMorelhasa@frogslayerdigitalventures.com with your request
2. Include your project details, invoice number, and reason for the refund request
3. We will review your request within 5-7 business days
4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method

Exceptions

This return policy does not apply in cases of:

• Force majeure events beyond our control
• Client-provided materials or information that are inaccurate or incomplete
• Changes in project scope requested by the client after work has begun
• Third-party service failures or issues outside our direct control

If you have concerns about our services or this return policy, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues amicably and professionally. All disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
